Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods and handle physical demands of the restaurant environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to learn menu items and describe ingredients to guests accurately
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment preferred

Job Duties
- Work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with guests
- Guide guests through menus with thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients
- Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations
- Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
- Assist in tasks to ensure a clean, sanitized and safe restaurant
