Job Requirements

Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
at least 6 months related serving experience
ability to interact with the public in a friendly and outgoing manner
ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs
ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand to perform job functions
ability to read, speak, and comprehend instructions
frequently immerse hands in water diluted with chemical solutions

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months closely related serving experience
experience in high volume or fast casual dining preferred
ability to interact with public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs
ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand as required
ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and converse comfortably with customers

Job Duties

Take food and beverage orders
enter orders quickly and in proper sequence
serve food and beverages to guests in assigned and other sections
coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
check back after delivery to ensure guest satisfaction
maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and removing clutter
present checks and handle payments
follow customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies
keep station clean and properly set up and taken down
