Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds unaided
  • ability to lift objects over 50 pounds with assistance
  • ability to perform physical activities such as bending, twisting, stooping
  • must follow company safety and security policies
  • professional personal appearance
  • ability to communicate clearly
  • willingness to perform various job duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests
  • set tables according to event and service standards
  • answer questions on menu selections
  • communicate with kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and special requests
  • record transactions in MICROS system at time of order
  • check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • maintain cleanliness of work areas and dinnerware
  • complete closing duties including restocking and turning off lights
  • present accurate check to guest and process payments
  • follow company safety and security policies
  • report accidents and unsafe conditions
  • complete safety training
  • maintain clean and professional appearance
  • protect company assets
  • welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
  • assist individuals with disabilities
  • communicate professionally with guests and team
  • develop positive working relationships
  • support team goals
  • adhere to quality expectations
  • perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and walking
