Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous food and beverage experience preferred
Food handler certification
Alcohol server certification
Completed food and beverage service training
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments
Ability to follow instructions

Job Duties

Provide food and beverage service to members and guests adhering to company standards
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu including daily features and specials
Demonstrate clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club
Take orders from members and guests and fulfill them in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate and coordinate closely with other team members to ensure member and guest satisfaction and retention
Exhibit a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during service
