Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
Good physical stamina
Excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

Previous server or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties

Know diverse menus inside and out
Provide attentive, friendly, and clean/sanitary service
Ensure Guests feel valued and well taken care of
Maintain fast-paced service without blinking at unique orders
Contribute to guest loyalty through excellent service
Uphold Yard House house rules including bringing the vibe and having heart
Collaborate with team members in a family-oriented environment
