Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience is required
  • Minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry required
  • Previous brewery or craft beer experience preferred
  • Possess or be able to obtain Cicerone Certified Beer Server certification within timeframe outlined by Bosque Brewing Co.
  • Ability to work as a team and in fast-paced environment with high expectations multiple tasks and changing conditions
  • Ability to interact professionally civily and effectively with coworkers and the general public
  • Must possess basic financial skills including transaction processing and cash handling
  • Ability to track inventory using spreadsheet and perform basic data entry with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of POS systems specifically Toast preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills required bilingual English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to read and follow schedules menus SOPs and policies
  • Ability to present self professionally and in a well-groomed manner
  • Ability to move kegs and operate hand truck
  • Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain valid New Mexico Alcohol Server License and Food Handler Card
  • First Aid and/or CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to adhere to company and department rules policies and procedures
