Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma GED or equivalent work experience is required
- Minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry required
- Previous brewery or craft beer experience preferred
- Possess or be able to obtain Cicerone Certified Beer Server certification within timeframe outlined by Bosque Brewing Co.
- Ability to work as a team and in fast-paced environment with high expectations multiple tasks and changing conditions
- Ability to interact professionally civily and effectively with coworkers and the general public
- Must possess basic financial skills including transaction processing and cash handling
- Ability to track inventory using spreadsheet and perform basic data entry with attention to detail
- Working knowledge of POS systems specifically Toast preferred
- Excellent English communication skills required bilingual English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to read and follow schedules menus SOPs and policies
- Ability to present self professionally and in a well-groomed manner
- Ability to move kegs and operate hand truck
- Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain valid New Mexico Alcohol Server License and Food Handler Card
- First Aid and/or CPR certification preferred
- Ability to adhere to company and department rules policies and procedures
