The Bartender position at our establishment involves creating a variety of beverages for guests, providing friendly service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Key responsibilities include presenting menus, taking drink orders, preparing drinks, and ensuring prompt customer service. The role may also involve acting as a barback as needed. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to multi-task, and a valid certification for serving alcohol. Basic qualifications include being at least 18 years old and having a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Physical requirements include the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and handle various tasks in different environmental conditions.
