Job Description

Job Requirements

Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris, and clean booth seats throughout the restaurant
transport plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen approximately 30 times per shift
possess reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills
maintain mobility during the entire shift
move glass racks and cases weighing up to 25 pounds (e.g., a case of beer) up to 15 times per shift. Must be able to stand and be active for up to four (4) hours, exhibit good balance, bend, kneel, lift pans and trays regularly weighing 25 pounds. Previous experience in a restaurant server, waiter, waitress, runner, Front of House role is preferred but not mandatory.
