Job Description
Greets customers and serves food and beverage orders in a friendly and efficient manner. Prepares appetizers, desserts, and beverages for customers. Handles payment transactions and maintains table cleanliness. Provides assistance to other service personnel and resolves guest complaints promptly. Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to observe and differentiate between monetary denominations
- Must be able to ensure that products are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Must be flexible, reliable, and a team player
- Should have sufficient mobility and be able to lift trays weighing up to 25lbs
- Must comply with health regulations related to food handling risks.
