Famous Dave's is seeking passionate individuals to join their Legendary BBQ Team as Servers. With a commitment to providing the highest level of hospitality, Famous Dave's offers a rewarding opportunity for those who love great BBQ.
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- previous Server or restaurant experience preferred
- reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills required
- English language and professional communications skills required
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
- commitment to quality service combined with a high level of food and beverage knowledge
- capable of handling multiple priorities, working under stress, and exercising good judgment
- demonstrates the ability and has an eagerness to take care of every guest, every time
