Job Description
Famous Dave's is seeking Servers to join their award-winning and legendary BBQ team. Team Members will receive training to provide the highest level of Smokin' HosPIGtality and ensure guests have a Famous BBQ experience. Join us and start your BBQ journey today!
Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous Server or restaurant experience preferred
- Reading, writing, basic math, and effective communication skills required
- English language and professional communications skills required
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Must have problem-solving abilities, be self-motivated, and organized
- Commitment to quality service combined with a high level of food and beverage knowledge
- Capable of handling multiple priorities, working under stress, and exercising good judgment
- Demonstrates the ability and has an eagerness to take care of every guest, every time
