The Server 1 position at Invited plays a vital role in delivering outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests. Reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director, Banquet Manager, or Restaurant Manager, the Server 1 is dedicated to maintaining high cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the dining area. Key day-to-day responsibilities include possessing thorough knowledge of the a la carte menu, executing food and beverage orders efficiently, greeting members by name to foster a welcoming atmosphere, and handling guest concerns promptly using service recovery techniques. This non-lead role is crucial in supporting overall dining operations by assisting with side work, maintaining stock levels, and adhering to club standards.
