Job Requirements
- secret clearance
- minimum of two years experience as a contract or task manager for a job of similar size and scope
- at least three years as a SERE level instructor in the NSW SERE course of instruction or equivalent DoD SERE course
- working knowledge of the naval special warfare organization and its missions
- strong understanding of the IDIQ contract structures and federal acquisitions regulations
- proven experience managing multiple, simultaneous task orders or programs

Job Duties
- act as the official point of contact between the contracting officer representative and the IDIQ prime contractor for the task orders
- responsible for the overall execution of the task orders including technical and quality control oversight and typically has a detailed knowledge of the daily activities associated with the task orders
- participate in the program management reviews with the contracting officer, contracting officer representative, and other government personnel to review performance
- integrate and coordinate all activities required to execute this contract and manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification
- ensure customer satisfaction and professional behavior of all contractor personnel
- provide correct action plans, proposal submittals, timely identification of issues, and effective management of subcontractors
