Job Duties
- Developing customized wedding timelines
- Providing support to couples by alleviating their stress and resolving any issues that may arise on their special day
- Overseeing the setup for both the ceremony and reception
- Executing flawless day-of operations from early morning preparations to the final tear down
- Welcoming and guiding all vendors on-site
- Coordinating with vendors regarding their setups
- Arranging seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest books, and other decor elements
- Assisting the wedding party and family with their needs, questions, or concerns
- Ensuring all items such as gifts, guest books, and toasting flutes are properly managed at the end of the event
