Job Duties

  • Developing customized wedding timelines
  • Providing support to couples by alleviating their stress and resolving any issues that may arise on their special day
  • Overseeing the setup for both the ceremony and reception
  • Executing flawless day-of operations from early morning preparations to the final tear down
  • Welcoming and guiding all vendors on-site
  • Coordinating with vendors regarding their setups
  • Arranging seating cards, menu cards, table numbers, favors, guest books, and other decor elements
  • Assisting the wedding party and family with their needs, questions, or concerns
  • Ensuring all items such as gifts, guest books, and toasting flutes are properly managed at the end of the event
