As a Senior Valet Parking Attendant at MacArthur Place, you will play a vital role in the guest experience by being one of the very first and last touchpoints during their visit. This full-time, hands-on position focuses on delivering top-notch guest service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles. You will be responsible not only for managing your own tasks but also supporting and guiding fellow team members throughout shifts to maintain smooth and efficient service. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, a calm demeanor under pressure, and a strong commitment to ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clear driving history
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles
- Previous valet, driving, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to obtain Food & alcohol handler's certification if required
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Previous valet, driving, or hospitality experience preferred
- Luxury hotel experience a plus
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Calm, composed, and detail-oriented in a busy environment
- Ability to obtain Food & alcohol handler's certification if required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide anticipatory, high-quality service
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, following traffic laws and hotel procedures

- Maintain valet area cleanliness and ensure surrounding guest areas are welcoming
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and coordinate with management as needed
