Job Requirements

One or more years of related experience
Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays as required
Dependable and punctual with satisfactory attendance
Capable of maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment
Ability to provide leadership and direction to team members within the scope of responsibility

Job Duties

Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
Wash dishes and pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
Sweep, mop, and clean floors and remove garbage to designated areas
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
