Job Requirements
- industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting
- available to work all days and shifts including holidays
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- ability to handle multiple tasks and teams
- experience with installing and maintaining various software and hardware
- knowledge of safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment
- self-starter with ability to work under pressure
Job Qualifications
- two or four-year degree in electrical or controls engineering or equivalent experience
- extensive experience with automated conveyor systems and controls
- skilled in blueprint and schematic reading
- expertise in industrial electrical systems including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC
- proficient with HMI interfaces and programming
- knowledge of industrial controls, electronics, and programmable logic controllers (PLC)
- familiar with National Electrical Code (NEC)
- experience with work order management and preventive maintenance procedures
Job Duties
- ensure high equipment availability through preventive and predictive maintenance
- troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment
- optimize performance and flow of conveyor systems, robotics, and AS/RS
- lead building automation and continuous improvement projects
- serve as expert resource during downtime events and root cause analysis
- train and coach technicians on technical skills and safety procedures
- monitor equipment health using diagnostic software and data analysis
