The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, known as The Association, is a globally recognized organization dedicated to transforming the accounting and finance profession. As a Great Place to Work-Certified company, The Association empowers the world's most accomplished accountants with quality education, resources, and training to help them stay relevant, meet today's demands, and prepare for future challenges. The Association prides itself on fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment where all employees are valued for their unique backgrounds and perspectives. This role is a vital part of the Conference Operations Management team and reports directly to the Senior Manager. The position involves delivering comprehensive registration services, managing attendee experiences, and coordinating operations for a wide range of conferences, meetings, and events. Operating independently within established guidelines, you will be responsible for managing tasks from start to finish, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service and operational standards. This hybrid remote/in-office role offers a flexible work schedule, balancing professional commitment with personal life.

You will be instrumental in overseeing pre-event and on-site registration processes that ensure high-quality and seamless attendee interactions. Maintaining data integrity and compliance in partnership with Registration Services is critical to this position. You will contribute to participant portal development by creating and testing attendee-facing content to ensure a smooth user experience. Your planning expertise will support small meetings and event components, including venue sourcing, vendor coordination, food and beverage arrangements, audiovisual needs, and room block management.

This role requires vigilant operational readiness in alignment with event timelines, budget constraints, and organizational standards. Managing purchasing, inventory control, and distribution of event supplies with a focus on cost-effective practices is expected. You will act as the primary contact for vendors providing registration technology, temporary staffing, and on-site services, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. Coordination of on-site temporary staff and volunteers to support registration and attendee services will also be part of your responsibilities.

Additionally, you will develop and deliver accurate registration, operational, and financial tracking reports that align with conference timelines and internal standards. Your financial acumen will be vital in contributing to budget development, forecasting, and expense management. Maintaining event-level budget tracking tools, including expense projections and reconciliation, will be conducted in collaboration with internal partners. As the internal liaison, you will coordinate requirements, budgets, timelines, and operational standards to ensure the success of assigned projects and events.

The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000, with exact compensation depending on experience and location. While the position supports remote work within the US, applicants in the state of California are not eligible due to employment restrictions. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package focused on health, wellbeing, and personal development, alongside a culture that encourages continuous learning and career growth. Candidates interested in this exciting opportunity to contribute to a leading organization in the accounting profession are encouraged to apply before March 31, 2026.
