Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of sales or airport/inflight experience
- 1-2 years of team leadership or mentoring
- ability to walk extensively throughout terminal gates, main lobby and onboard aircraft
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- ability to work with deadlines and manage complex projects
- ability to work independently
- ability to communicate results and recommendations to leadership
- strong analytical skills
- proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties
- Drive acquisitions growth within employee channels
- build strong in-person relationships with flight attendants, airport agents, club agents, and airport leadership
- analyze results and extrapolate insights to optimize growth
- be the co-brand program subject matter expert for employees
- conduct base visits independently and with airport teams
- lead roadshows at airport managing all aspects
- grow participation among employees and drive account volumes
- engage with local leaders to share updates and collaborate on ideas
- collaborate with peers to share insights and feedback
- track performance and create reports for leadership
- understand and present financial value of program
- leverage data to identify new engagement tactics
- handle compliance and collateral management
- partner with leadership and supervisors to resolve compliance issues
- support employees via structured training sessions
- make recommendations to training collaterals
