Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Or two-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
- Two years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage budgets and employee performance
- Willingness to work full time in Aurora, Colorado
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary or food and beverage experience
- OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Experience in budget management and operational planning
Job Duties
- Lead culinary team by managing daily kitchen operations and supervising staff
- Ensure high quality and consistent food production in all kitchen areas
- Maintain compliance with food handling, sanitation standards, and safety certifications
- Develop and implement culinary innovations and quality presentations
- Manage purchasing, receiving, and storage of food supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service and coaching to employees
- Oversee payroll, staffing levels, and employee performance evaluations
