Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • Or two-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
  • Two years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to manage budgets and employee performance
  • Willingness to work full time in Aurora, Colorado

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years of culinary or food and beverage experience
  • OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Experience in budget management and operational planning

Job Duties

  • Lead culinary team by managing daily kitchen operations and supervising staff
  • Ensure high quality and consistent food production in all kitchen areas
  • Maintain compliance with food handling, sanitation standards, and safety certifications
  • Develop and implement culinary innovations and quality presentations
  • Manage purchasing, receiving, and storage of food supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and coaching to employees
  • Oversee payroll, staffing levels, and employee performance evaluations
