Job Description

Hilton Motif, a stylish boutique hotel located on 5th Avenue in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. The hotel boasts a vibrant award-winning restaurant, over 22,000 square feet of meeting space, and 319 newly redesigned rooms, offering a sleek urban style and exceptional amenities. If you have a passion for fine dining, experience in banquets and menu development, and strong administrative skills, this role may be a perfect fit for you. High volume hotel experience is a plus for this position.
