Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of culinary leadership experience
- Union experience required
- Previous hotel culinary experience
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong teamwork skills
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Assist the executive chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations including preparation and production of hotel meals, Maintain food quality and presentation standards, Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, Monitor team member productivity and performance, Implement policies, procedures, and cost control measures, Create and implement menu selections for special events in partnership with executive chef and food and beverage director, Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate kitchen staff
