Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree in culinary arts or equivalent professional experience
  • Progressive leadership experience in culinary management
  • Experience in corporate dining or high-volume foodservice
  • Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills
  • ServSafe certification preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in culinary arts or equivalent professional experience
  • Progressive leadership experience in culinary management, ideally in corporate dining or high-volume foodservice
  • Strong background in catering execution and daily foodservice operations
  • Extensive knowledge of culinary trends, cost controls, sanitation, and presentation standards
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower diverse culinary teams
  • Strong computer and organizational skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • ServSafe certification strongly preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in leading all aspects of culinary operations, including production, quality, and presentation
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen management and serve as acting chef in the Executive Chef's absence
  • Mentor and train sous chefs and hourly culinarians, ensuring high performance and professional growth
  • Partner with the Executive Chef on menu development, new program rollouts, and seasonal offerings
  • Lead and execute on-site and off-site catering events, maintaining creativity, precision, and client satisfaction
  • Monitor purchasing, inventory, and cost control measures to achieve financial goals
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Foster strong client and guest relationships through high-quality service and responsiveness
