The ideal candidate will leverage an existing network and a deep understanding of the luxury client experience to generate significant booked revenue.

In this role, the Senior Sales Representative will own the entire sales cycle from the initial consultation to the final negotiation and closing of contracts. This role demands a relationship-driven approach, utilizing expertise in managing multiple high-touch clients and deadlines to consistently meet and exceed revenue goals.

Strong collaboration skills are essential, as the Senior Sales Representative works closely with the planning and production teams to ensure clients receive a seamless and exceptional event experience. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools like HoneyBook, QuickBooks Online, Trello, and Google Suite is expected to track sales activity, pipeline, and performance efficiently.

Working at Kismet offers more than just a job; it presents an opportunity to join a high-performance team committed to excellence in the luxury event planning industry. The company fosters a collaborative, fast-paced environment where top performers can thrive, grow professionally, and enjoy an increased earning potential through a clear path for advancement. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who excels in luxury event sales and desires to be part of a respected brand with a strong network and reputation.
