The Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton, is a stunning 250 all-suite hotel located in an exquisite beachfront setting. Job Requirements
- 3 years of hotel sales management experience within a full-service hotel
- Ability to travel quarterly for tradeshows and sales calls
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Proven track record in securing group bookings and delivering sales results
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Proficiency in prospecting, negotiation, and customer relationship management
Job Qualifications
- 3 years of hotel sales management experience within a full-service hotel
- Ability to travel quarterly for tradeshows and sales calls
- Hilton brand experience
- Strong hotel industry background
- Knowledge of Delphi FDC and OnQ highly preferred
Job Duties
- Research, solicit and generate new leads for group opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts, maximizing new room revenue streams, to meet and exceed lead generation goals
- Represent the hotel in the development of market segments and new customer relationships while maintaining existing relations with assigned accounts
- Develop a business strategy by analyzing historical, current and future hotel and market trends and implementing marketing initiatives to capture the maximum amount of lead revenue to meet and exceed sales goals
- Apply strong sales skills to create customer value, differentiate Hilton from the competition and bring clear value to customers and the organizations they represent
- Demonstrate a mastery of the prospecting process, identify potential customers, prepare and implement call strategy
- Understand customer and business leaders’ expectations and adapt to a changing market
- Negotiate contracts effectively to secure new revenue for the hotel
