Job Duties
- Develop and manage key accounts within assigned market segments
- Proactively source new business through calls, networking, and site tours
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
- Work closely with Operations, Catering, and Revenue teams to ensure successful events and stays
- Maintain accurate account details, forecasts, and activity logs
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community functions
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets and market share goals
