Job Requirements
- a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent hotel experience
- 3-5 years of hotel sales experience
- strong leadership skills
- strategic thinking and analytical skills
- mastery of both reactive and proactive sales processes
- familiarity with complex business decisions and contract management

Job Duties
- build relationships with clients
- sell hotel services
- manage the booking process through the Delphi or CI system
- understand the market including competitor strengths, economic trends, and supply/demand to inform sales strategies
- ensure booked business aligns with hotel parameters and close the best opportunities based on market conditions
- utilize White Lodging marketing initiatives to secure business and meet sales targets
- develop forecasts to support efficient planning and inform pricing strategies
- collaborate with management and the sales team to identify and address revenue generation issues through strategic action plans
- provide sales leadership by inspiring and holding team members accountable to goals and strategies
