Job Requirements

  • Two-year degree or four-year bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Minimum five years or three years respective sales and marketing experience
  • Ability to handle complex and high-value sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in contract development and negotiation
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Capability to work full-time on property
  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry and market trends

Job Qualifications

  • Two-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field with five years of sales and marketing experience
  • OR four-year bachelor’s degree in same fields with three years of sales and marketing experience
  • Proven track record in hospitality sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to develop creative sales proposals and plans
  • Experience managing complex business accounts
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive strategies

Job Duties

  • Proactively solicit new business opportunities
  • Handle large group and high-revenue customer segments
  • Maximize revenue by upselling products and packages
  • Align customer profiles with appropriate hospitality offerings
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex deals
  • Support operational execution of booked business
  • Participate in site visits and use internal resources
  • Adhere to brand standards throughout the sales process
