Job Description
Hilton is a global leader in the hospitality industry, renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through a portfolio of world-class hotels. With more than 3 billion guests welcomed worldwide, Hilton has established itself as a premier hospitality company driven by a mission to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality. Known for its award-winning workplace culture, Hilton has repeatedly earned recognition on the World's Best Workplaces list by Great Place to Work and Fortune. Hilton operates a diverse range of hotel brands and is dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in service. The company not only prioritizes guest satisfaction but also invests heavily in the wellbeing and development of its Team Members, offering comprehensive benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
The Senior Revenue Specialist role, based at one of Hilton's corporate offices in Dallas, TX, or McLean, VA, is a pivotal position within the Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC). This specialized team delivers world-class revenue management services and tools to Hilton’s owned, managed, and franchised hotels. As a Senior Revenue Specialist, you will directly impact the financial success of your portfolio of hotels by enacting proven revenue management strategies focused on pricing optimization and market share growth. You will report to the Assistant Director and serve as a revenue expert, partnering closely with multiple hotel teams to drive business results and outperform the competition.
In this role, you will take charge of pricing strategies for all assigned hotels, leveraging sophisticated revenue management systems including GRO and OnQ R&I to analyze booking patterns and market dynamics. You will lead weekly commercial meetings where you discuss booking pace, hotel performance, and revenue goals, ensuring clear communication of revenue strategies to hotel teams. Collaboration is at the heart of this role: working with Sales & Marketing, Distribution and e-Commerce teams, and hotel operations enables you to gain insights and optimize inventory, pricing, and positioning across various channels.
The Senior Revenue Specialist role demands expertise in data analysis and statistical interpretation to generate actionable strategies. You will need to maintain positive relationships with your portfolio hotels and partners, navigating the complexities of demand forecasting and capacity management. This position calls for a self-motivated individual with at least two years of revenue management experience, proficiency in industry-standard management systems, and the ability to travel up to 10% annually.
Hilton emphasizes professional growth, offering excellent perks such as discounted travel stays through its Go Hilton program, an employee stock purchase plan, paid parental leave, personalized caregiving support, crisis concierge services, mental health resources, and generous paid time off. Additionally, comprehensive health and welfare benefits enhance financial security and wellbeing.
Joining Hilton means becoming part of an award-winning culture that values diversity, inclusiveness, and employee empowerment. Whether you are transitioning into a new career phase or aiming to expand your expertise, Hilton provides the tools and support needed for success and fulfillment in the hospitality industry. The Senior Revenue Specialist position not only offers a chance to advance your career but also to contribute to a company that is setting new standards for the future of travel and guest experience.
