Job Requirements

  • Two years of revenue management experience
  • Proficient in revenue management systems hotel property management systems and industry related reports
  • Experience analyzing and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action
  • Possible travel up to 10% annually

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of revenue management experience
  • Proficient in revenue management systems hotel property management systems and industry related reports
  • Experience analyzing and explaining statistical data to develop strategies and generate a course of action
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Administration Finance Economics or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Hilton’s revenue management systems such as GRO and OnQ R&I preferred

Job Duties

  • Enact revenue management strategy including pricing for all portfolio hotels assigned
  • Lead weekly commercial meetings to discuss booking pace performance and hotel specific goals ensuring understanding of the team on revenue strategy and pricing
  • Configure revenue management systems including GRO and OnQ R&I
  • Build positive relationships with assigned portfolio hotels and important revenue management partners
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams and Distribution and e-Commerce teams to gain insights and guide hotels positioning on different channels
  • Partner with operations front office and other revenue management team members to understand capacity constraints and optimize inventory management
