Job Description

Our Boston team is proud to offer an exciting career opportunity for an accomplished and passionate Front of House (FOH) leader to join us as a Senior Restaurant Manager. We operate a high-end, casual dining concept that has established a reputation for exceptional cocktails and innovative cuisine, making us a standout choice among Boston's discerning diners. As an establishment, we value excellence in both customer experience and operational efficiency, and we are seeking a dynamic individual to co-manage our restaurant operations to drive continued success and growth.

This Senior Restaurant Manager role involves overseeing daily FOH operations to ensure the highest standards of service flow, guest satisfaction, and staff coordination. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a minimum of three years’ management experience in similarly upscale, full-service dining environments and must be comfortable managing mid-to-large size restaurants with 200 or more seats. You will be expected to lead by example, fostering a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture. The position demands proficiency in POS systems, restaurant accounting practices, and inventory management to maintain cost controls and operational efficiency. Additionally, the manager must ensure that the ambiance, cleanliness, service quality, and all food safety certifications, including ServSafe, are consistently maintained.

This opportunity offers a competitive base salary, health benefits through Sigma, dental insurance, a 401K plan, and the potential for up to three weeks of paid time off (PTO), reflecting our commitment to valuing and supporting our employees.

As a Senior Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in driving optimal table turnover while maintaining exemplary standards of hospitality. You will be responsible for direct coordination of service staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and confidently handling interactions with a large volume of customers, often exceeding 250 guests per night. Your role will be pivotal in elevating our guests' experience by mentoring team members, optimizing scheduling, and managing inventory effectively. We are looking for a servant leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and cultural cuisine who thrives in a fast-paced, upscale environment and is dedicated to creating memorable guest interactions.

Joining our team means becoming part of a collaborative and energetic workplace where high standards and innovation are balanced with a supportive culture. We believe in the power of leadership that motivates and inspires, and our Senior Restaurant Manager will be a crucial ambassador of our brand’s values and mission. If you have proven leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and are ready to take your career to the next level in a thriving restaurant setting, we invite you to apply and become a part of our success story.
