Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a high-end, full-service dining environment
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong operational knowledge including service flow, inventory, and cost control
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to manage a mid-to-large size restaurant with 200+ seats
  • proficiency in POS systems and restaurant accounting practices
  • ability to confidently interact with 250+ customers nightly
  • ServSafe certified or equivalent food safety certificate
  • capability to monitor and maintain service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a high-end, full-service dining environment
  • proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • strong operational knowledge including service flow, inventory, and cost control
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on guest satisfaction
  • proficient in POS systems and restaurant accounting practices
  • ServSafe certified or similar food safety certification
  • experience managing high-volume, upscale casual dining restaurants
  • knowledge of scheduling software and inventory management tools
  • demonstrated ability as a servant leader and mentor
  • passion for hospitality and cultural cuisine

Job Duties

  • Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover
  • manage a mid-to-large size restaurant with 200+ seats
  • proficiently operate POS systems and oversee restaurant accounting practices
  • confidently engage and communicate with 250+ customers nightly
  • monitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards
  • lead and motivate a diverse FOH team
  • ensure compliance with ServSafe or similar food safety certifications
