The Senior Restaurant Manager role at Delaware North offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where excellent hospitality and management skills are essential. This full-time role comes with an anticipated base salary range of $55,300 to $74,600 annually, supplemented by an annual bonus plan linked to company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan. The Senior Restaurant Manager will work closely alongside the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor to oversee all restaurant operations. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and developing team members to maintain exemplary service standards and professionalism, managing guest relations by promptly addressing concerns, and coordinating administrative functions such as ordering, inventory control, scheduling, and reporting. Additionally, the role demands ongoing monitoring of point of sale systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency, as well as enforcing health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulatory requirements. This position directly reports to the Food and Beverage Director and requires a flexible work schedule to meet operational needs, including days, evenings, split shifts, holidays, weekends, and event days. Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager assistant manager or similar role preferably in a high-volume establishment
- experience managing budgets cost control inventory and understanding of p and l statements
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster teamwork and motivate team members
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards health regulations and safety procedures
- financial acumen and proficient computer skills including word outlook excel and point of sale systems
- ability to obtain alcohol servsafe and food safety manager certifications
- capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels

- assist with administrative tasks including ordering inventory scheduling and operational reporting
- continuously monitor the point of sale system checking for errors price variations and accuracy
