Job Requirements

  • At least three years of restaurant management experience in a fine dining restaurant
  • Proficient with computers including Microsoft products, email, and POS technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen
  • Ability to think proactively and creatively
  • Decision-making and analytical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Up-to-date SNHD Food Handlers card
  • Up-to-date TAM card
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to perform repetitive motions
  • Exposure to hot kitchen elements and cleaning materials

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure great guest service and delivery of hospitality standards by holding team accountable to steps of service
  • Maintain positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through table visits
  • Execute show quality standards consistently
  • Train and convey brand clarity through menu, wine, and beverage knowledge
  • Promote a positive work environment through hiring and selection of team members
  • Maximize productivity and morale through team member engagement
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels per business needs
  • Monitor staff performance through ongoing team and individual feedback, evaluation, coaching, counseling, and progressive discipline
  • Maintain healthy relationship with resort leadership
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and business regulations including responsible alcohol service, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Support financial goals of the operation with General Manager
  • Exceed SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
