Established with a commitment to quality food and top-tier service, P.F. Chang's has become a leader in the casual dining market, recognized for its unique dishes, fresh ingredients, and vibrant environment. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive and inclusive culture where employees are valued as critical team members contributing to the success and growth of the brand. With locations across the country, P.F. Chang's offers opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
We are currently hiring for the position of Senior Restaurant Manager, a full-time salaried role with a competitive pay range of $61,250 to $81,250 per year, commensurate with experience. This pivotal role is responsible for managing and executing all front-of-house functions in accordance with the established procedures of P.F. Chang's and under the guidance of the Operating Partner. As a senior management position, the Senior Restaurant Manager leads and inspires the hospitality team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
In this role, you will supervise and facilitate the training of all hospitality team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver outstanding service. You will be responsible for clear communication with team members, management peers, and guests, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Scheduling and staffing are key components, as you will develop and manage schedules that meet operational needs while maintaining high team morale. Conducting pre-shift meetings is a regular part of your duties, providing daily direction and focus to the staff, as well as holding front-of-house staff accountable to dress code and behavior standards.
Accountability extends to financial management, including controlling expenses within your area of responsibility and supporting inventory execution. You will oversee daily operational tasks to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment for both team members and guests. Handling guest service issues professionally, with compassion and care, is essential to maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence. Additionally, physical demands of the job include the capability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and operating kitchen equipment responsibly.
Working at P.F. Chang's also means you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. The company offers competitive performance incentives with monthly and annual bonuses, a paid management training program to support your career advancement, and a rewarding referral program. Employees benefit from exclusive discounts, holidays off including Thanksgiving and Christmas for most locations, and access to financial assistance during hardships through the Lucky Cat Fund. At P.F. Chang's, you will join a passionate community dedicated to celebrating life, family, and food, and be part of a brand that values its people and their contributions.
