Job Requirements
- Proof of U.S. citizenship
- High school diploma
- Experience operating a front desk environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills along with polite and professional phone etiquette
- Positive upbeat attitude and ability to get along with everyone
- Reliable and punctual with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Above average communication skills preferred
- Experience using MS Office suite preferred
- Excellent in-person customer service skills
- Ability to practice high level of confidentiality
- Ability to maintain composure and good judgment in fast paced high stress environments
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Must be able to potentially lift or carry items up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Be attentive and provide exceptional professional customer service to Amazonians clients contractors and visitors
- Staff more complex reception desks independently as a Senior
- Partner with Receptionists on multi-person desks
- Participate in or lead special projects as assigned
- Manage inventory at desks and communicate needs to Lead Receptionist
- Support Banana Stand and Special Events as needed
- Facilitate opening and closing of service locations
- Maintain building knowledge and understand scheduled events maintenance and service provider locations
- Follow procedures to hang and maintain customer posters ensuring a presentable environment
- Work collaboratively across the organization and with Amazon employees and vendor partners as a solutions provider
- Ensure lobby and workrooms exceed visual presence standards
- Verbally welcome customers upon entrance
- Serve as point of reference for guests and employees needing assistance or information
- Use organization-specific software to check-in guests and issue badges
- Provide support via phone email or in person to callers visitors community members vendor partners and guests
- Resolve escalations professionally and politely
- Maintain office security by following procedures and controlling access via reception desk
