Job Duties

  • Oversee and optimize all front desk operations
  • Develop and implement best practices for call handling, visitor management, and reception area upkeep
  • Serve as primary point of contact for executives and high-profile guests
  • Provide exceptional and discreet support to executives and internal teams
  • Manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard
  • Maintain and update complex calendars for events and company notices
  • Build strong relationships with security and other departments
  • Coordinate visitor check-ins and enforce security protocols
  • Recognize executives and on-air personalities
  • Record and maintain detailed logs of calls and visitor interactions
  • Provide high-level administrative support including scheduling and special projects
  • Maintain an impeccable reception area
  • Deliver professional customer service and resolve operational issues
  • Escalate complex problems to management as needed
