Job Duties
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate associates
- greet and direct visitors warmly and efficiently
- manage internal visitor greeting processes
- act as first point of contact for all activities and emergencies
- oversee conference center operations and resolve any arising challenges
- conduct room appearance inspections and coordinate with building operations
- handle meeting room bookings and manage reservation system
- monitor on-floor conference room activities, including meeting schedules and attendee management
- communicate requests to support departments such as maintenance, IT, audiovisual, and mailroom
- ensure thorough understanding and readiness for emergency procedures
