Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management for large-scale corporate or experiential events
- Experience gained in an event or experiential agency environment
- Proven ability to manage complex logistics, large teams, and multi-vendor environments
- Excellent client-facing skills
- Strong budgeting management experience
- Creative problem-solver with a calm, solutions-first attitude
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the year

- Strong digital skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, event tech platforms, and delegate management tools (nice to have)
- Fluency in additional languages (nice to have)
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of multiple, large projects from initial briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics and project content
- Manage cross-functional teams (internal and external) assigned to an event and ensure all deliverables meet high creative and operational standards
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout project implementation, offering strategic guidance, calm leadership, and a can-do mindset
- Drive timelines, scopes, and budgets with precision
- Ensure premium attendee experiences and smooth on-site operations, even with high-level participants
- Mentor and coach team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture
