This full-time role centers on managing Indeed's most important live and hybrid events worldwide, ensuring that each initiative delivers tangible business results and elevates the brand’s presence. As a Senior Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of event execution — from the initial strategic planning and coordination of logistics to vendor management, budget oversight, and post-event performance analysis. Your expertise will be critical in driving consistency, quality, and high engagement across multiple concurrent projects.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product, and operations to deliver seamless event experiences across diverse markets and regions. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience or 8 years with a bachelor's degree or 6 years with a master’s degree or 3 years with a PhD
- proven track record in managing and executing high-impact global events or experiential initiatives
- outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage logistics, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects
- capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, proactively solve problems, and deliver results under tight timelines
- analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure event success and provide actionable recommendations
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders including senior executives
- detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering outstanding attendee experiences

Job Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of multiple global events while ensuring high standards and consistency
