Loews Miami Beach Hotel is a historic and beloved oceanfront hotel that recently underwent a remarkable $50 million renovation, enhancing its iconic status within the South Beach community. Established in 1960, Loews Hotels & Co operates a portfolio of distinguished hotels and resorts across the United States, each celebrated for its unique blend of luxury, comfort, and vibrant local culture. As part of this prestigious family, the Miami Beach property embodies the spirit of South Florida through its reimagined spaces, exceptional guest services, and commitment to delivering memorable experiences. The hotel is more than just a destination—it is a landmark where guests can enjoy an unparalleled setting with the Atlantic Ocean as their backdrop, combined with state-of-the-art amenities and thoughtful design elements introduced during the renovation.

Joining Loews Miami Beach Hotel means becoming part of a diverse and welcoming team that values growth, belonging, and authentic guest engagement. The organization encourages personal and professional development, offering a variety of roles and career paths within the hospitality industry—from guest services and culinary arts to finance and information technology. Employment at Loews is characterized by inclusive culture, comprehensive benefits, and a strong emphasis on recognizing and appreciating the unique contributions of every team member, regardless of age, race, gender identity, or background.

The position of Lifeguard at Loews Miami Beach is pivotal to ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests using the hotel’s stunning pool area. This role requires a dedicated and vigilant individual who prioritizes guest safety while fostering a welcoming environment. Lifeguards are responsible for monitoring pool activities, enforcing safety protocols, and responding swiftly to emergencies in accordance with the latest aquatics training standards. The role also involves maintaining pool equipment, communicating effectively with guests and colleagues, and supporting hotel recreation services. Flexibility is essential as the position demands availability during weekends and holidays to meet guest needs. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about water safety, guest service excellence, and teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

At Loews Miami Beach, the Lifeguard role is more than a job—it is a chance to be part of a renowned hospitality institution while developing your career in a supportive, inclusive atmosphere. Alongside competitive benefits like health and wellness programs, 401(k) matching, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more, employees enjoy a vibrant workplace culture that supports growth and recognizes individual achievement.
