Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage or culinary field
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university with 3 years experience
  • strong leadership and supervision skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • proficiency in budget management
  • ability to work full time
  • willingness to perform job functions as needed

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or GED with 5 years experience in food and beverage or related area
  • or 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration with 3 years experience
  • leadership and team management skills
  • knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage budgets and operations effectively

Job Duties

  • assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
  • supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and ensures compliance with all policies, standards and procedures
  • supports and supervises monthly self inspection program
  • operates department equipment and reports malfunction
  • supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs and financial objectives
  • encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
  • develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
