Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage or culinary field
- or 2-year degree from accredited university with 3 years experience
- strong leadership and supervision skills
- excellent communication abilities
- proficiency in budget management
- ability to work full time
- willingness to perform job functions as needed
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED with 5 years experience in food and beverage or related area
- or 2-year degree in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration with 3 years experience
- leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage budgets and operations effectively
Job Duties
- assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and ensures compliance with all policies, standards and procedures
- supports and supervises monthly self inspection program
- operates department equipment and reports malfunction
- supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs and financial objectives
- encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members
- develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish work
