The Senior Marketing Manager role at Casa Mani Resort Napa Valley is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to lead the property's marketing strategy and execution. This position is responsible for championing the brand positioning, developing annual strategic marketing plans, and overseeing social media and digital marketing efforts to increase topline revenue and achieve targeted market share objectives. The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the General Manager, Director of Sales, Director of Revenue Management, and Director of Finance to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Key responsibilities involve establishing hotel positioning and messaging, ideating and marketing on-property experiences, supporting B2B and catering sales segments, conducting detailed market research, and managing content development across various marketing collateral and digital platforms.

In this role, the Senior Marketing Manager will craft and execute comprehensive digital media strategies including email marketing while also managing public relations efforts, influencer engagements, and social media presence. Agency relationships for social, PR, creative, and reputation management will be carefully curated and aligned with the resort's strategic objectives. Performance will be continuously optimized through data-driven decision-making and reporting, with insights presented in strategic commercial meetings. The manager will also oversee partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that complement the resort's luxury positioning and provide marketing storytelling that highlights performance outcomes.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, alongside expertise in marketing communication mediums spanning traditional, digital, and social channels. They should possess solid project management capabilities, proficiency in data analytics, and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization. This includes media buying experience, adeptness in copywriting, and familiarity with software tools such as Microsoft Office, CMS platforms, and digital analytics.

Casa Mani Resort offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 based on experience. Candidates should be prepared to perform special projects, participate in business-related events, and maintain close collaboration with both local and corporate teams to ensure marketing success.
