The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting Hospitality Health ER’s mission by planning and orchestrating community outreach events, managing school partnerships, and organizing fundraising activities that resonate with the local community. Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position requires a creative marketer who is passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and brand representation. The role involves collaborating with the internal marketing team to execute social media campaigns and internal events, ensuring consistent branding and a positive public image. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will also serve as a brand ambassador at various networking events, local Chamber meetings, and patient touchpoints within the ER, enhancing the visibility and reputation of Hospitality Health ER. Key responsibilities include coordinating branded promotional materials, maintaining inventory of marketing supplies, and leading the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar for the Longview location. The position demands exceptional organizational skills, creativity in event planning and execution, and strong communication abilities to build and sustain relationships with referral sources and community groups. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a hospitable, people-first attitude that reflects the core values of Hospitality Health ER. The role requires flexibility in schedule availability to attend events during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to travel locally with a valid driver’s license. Job Duties
- Plan, organize, and attend community outreach events, school partnerships, and fundraisers
- build and maintain relationships with key community groups and referral sources
- collaborate with the marketing team to manage internal events and social media initiatives
- represent the HHER brand at local Chamber meetings and networking events
- coordinate branded giveaways, marketing items, and promo materials
- keep inventory of marketing supplies and ensure seamless event preparation and setup
- lead the day-to-day execution of the marketing calendar for the Longview location
- serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador at every touchpoint
- create and decorate tablescapes, booths, and tents for internal and external events
- provide in-person customer service support inside the ER, helping create a welcoming and comforting experience for patients and families
