  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Familiarity with meetings management technologies (e.g., Cvent) and online booking tools (e.g., Concur)
  • Advanced knowledge of meetings, business travel, duty of care and travel risk management
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
  • Strategic thinking skills

Job Duties

  • Manage bid process for meetings and events
  • Assist in planning, organization and delivery of major meetings, events and conferences
  • Build consensus around program changes, issues and rollout plans
  • Oversee day-to-day support for meetings and events as well as travel-related issues
  • Provide on-site coverage for meetings, events and conferences as requested
  • Conduct site visits to ensure venue suitability
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
  • Attend industry events to stay updated on best practices
  • Support corporate travel program needs including sourcing, contracting and policy management
  • Prepare analyses, reports and dashboards
  • Support business reviews with key vendors
  • Manage special projects and assist travel team with complex issues
