Job Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with meetings and events technologies and online booking tools
- Advanced knowledge in meetings and events, business travel, and travel risk management
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proven strategic thinking ability
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree

- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Travel or meetings certifications preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with meetings management technologies (e.g., Cvent) and online booking tools (e.g., Concur)
- Advanced knowledge of meetings, business travel, duty of care and travel risk management
- Strong analytic skills
- Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
- Strategic thinking skills
Job Duties
- Manage bid process for meetings and events
- Assist in planning, organization and delivery of major meetings, events and conferences
- Build consensus around program changes, issues and rollout plans
- Oversee day-to-day support for meetings and events as well as travel-related issues
- Provide on-site coverage for meetings, events and conferences as requested
- Conduct site visits to ensure venue suitability
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Attend industry events to stay updated on best practices
- Support corporate travel program needs including sourcing, contracting and policy management
- Prepare analyses, reports and dashboards
- Support business reviews with key vendors
- Manage special projects and assist travel team with complex issues
