The Sr. Manager, Travel (Meetings & Events) plays a critical role in managing and executing the company’s corporate travel and meetings programs. This position is responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and delivery of meetings, events, and conferences, ensuring alignment with Ross’s business objectives and standards. The role requires a high level of collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive efficiencies, control costs, and optimize the effectiveness of the travel and events initiatives. This is a hybrid role offering a base salary between $113,200 and $172,600, dependent on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Travel or meetings certifications a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with meetings and events technologies and online booking tools
- Advanced knowledge in meetings and events, business travel, and travel risk management

Job Duties
- Manage bid process for meetings and events
- Assist in planning, organization and delivery of major meetings, events and conferences
- Build consensus around program changes, issues and rollout plans
- Oversee day-to-day support for meetings and events as well as travel-related issues
- Provide on-site coverage for meetings, events and conferences as requested
- Conduct site visits to ensure venue suitability
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Attend industry events to stay updated on best practices
- Support corporate travel program needs including sourcing, contracting and policy management
- Prepare analyses, reports and dashboards
- Support business reviews with key vendors
- Manage special projects and assist travel team with complex issues
