This Senior Manager, Planning and Business Operations role is based in Hilton's corporate office in Miami, FL, focusing on the Caribbean and Latin America managed hotels. This position is a vital part of the Hotel Operations team that oversees daily functions and strategic initiatives for CALA's expansive hotel portfolio. Reporting to the team lead, the Senior Manager will work closely with the Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations CALA, alongside other regional and enterprise-level stakeholders. The role demands a strategic thinker and effective project manager who can lead projects aimed at enhancing the guest experience and improving operational efficiencies. This includes managing the rollout and implementation of annual initiatives, tracking project progress, and preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
The role includes collaborating with a wide range of partners across corporate and hotel teams, ensuring seamless communication and the successful integration of property-level feedback into corporate strategies. Job Requirements
- six years of work experience
- three years of project management experience including strategic initiative implementation and partner communication
- two years of hospitality operations experience
- bilingual fluency in English and Spanish written and spoken
- proficient in Microsoft Suite
- willing to travel up to 20 percent
