Known not only for its premium coffee products but also for its emphasis on ethical sourcing and innovative leadership development, Starbucks embodies a culture of inclusion, diversity, and continuous improvement.
This position, Senior Manager, International Coffee Catalog, represents a vital senior enterprise leadership role within Starbucks’ global coffee organization. As a Senior Manager, you will be at the intersection of coffee integrity, global strategy, and market execution for both Core and Reserve coffee lines. Your primary responsibility is to act as the key integrative force for the international coffee portfolio, ensuring that the brand's coffee presentation maintains its high standards worldwide while meeting marketplace needs. This role requires a strategic mindset with an ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity, transforming multifaceted challenges into clear, actionable plans. It involves close collaboration across diverse international business units, orchestrating portfolio decisions and commercial initiatives that align with Starbucks’ brand values and operational capabilities.
You will lead the international coffee portfolio, optimizing the 24-month rolling roadmap and making critical decisions on product inclusion across global markets. Coordinating seasonal and annual global coffee moments is essential to guarantee that market launches are well-aligned and consistent, instilling confidence in all stakeholders. This leadership role also demands ensuring coherence in how coffee is expressed across packaging, digital platforms, and retail environments, collaborating with creative, product development, and regional teams to deliver compelling and accurate coffee stories globally.
The Senior Manager will manage product commercialization processes from concept briefs to launch readiness, aligning SKU creation and manufacturing feasibility across regions. Acting as an escalation point for conflicting priorities, you will exercise decisive, enterprise-wide judgment that balances the craft and quality Starbucks is known for with the pragmatism required to operate at scale internationally. This position calls for seasoned judgment, exceptional influence at senior organizational levels without formal authority, and the ability to engage effectively across functions and geographies.
Starbucks offers you the opportunity to join a purpose-driven organization where leadership is valued and innovation is encouraged. As a Senior Manager, you will have a direct impact on how Starbucks coffee manifests globally, upholding traditions while driving growth and operational excellence. You will work alongside passionate partners united by a shared goal of inspiring with every cup, contributing to a brand experience that millions cherish worldwide. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep commitment to both product quality and customer experience, making it a compelling opportunity for a seasoned leader.
