Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources management
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance
  • Experience in recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives and change management
  • Proficiency in HR information systems and digital tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Manage and coordinate human resources operations and compliance across recruitment, training, talent development, compensation and benefits, organization development, and employee relations
  • Ensure alignment of HR strategies with overall business objectives
  • Formulate and implement operational excellence practices in HR to add value to management and employees
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives, including process improvements and digitalization efforts
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals and compliance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery and employee engagement
  • Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop strategic HR solutions
