Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Manage and coordinate human resources operations and compliance across recruitment, training, talent development, compensation and benefits, organization development, and employee relations
- Ensure alignment of HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Formulate and implement operational excellence practices in HR to add value to management and employees
- Lead HR transformation initiatives, including process improvements and digitalization efforts
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support organizational goals and compliance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery and employee engagement
- Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and develop strategic HR solutions
