Certification requirements include obtaining ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification within six months and ServSafe Food Handler Training certification within 30 days of hire, ensuring the highest standards of food safety are met.
The ideal Senior Manager of Hospitality Services will have strong critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues systematically. Effective communication and presentation skills tailored to senior management and large audiences, along with the capacity to influence and energize teams, are crucial. The candidate will develop strategic, metrics-driven plans that align with St. Jude's long-term goals and foster a culture focused on customer centricity and employee engagement. Physical demands of the role require the ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in sometimes stressful environments, all while maintaining compliance with relevant safety and health regulations.
