The Senior Manager of Events at iQor plays a pivotal role within the Strategic Communications and Business Amplification function. This leadership position is responsible for orchestrating global corporate events that enhance executive visibility, bolster the corporate reputation, engage employees, and amplify iQor's presence within the industry. Reporting directly to the Director of Events, the Senior Manager leads the full lifecycle management of high-impact events including executive meetings, leadership summits, town halls, industry conferences, analyst engagements, grand openings, and other strategic initiatives. The role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with extensive experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder events in a global setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional project management skills, strong vendor negotiation capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse departments such as Communications, Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, and Executive Leadership.
In this role, the Senior Manager of Events is charged with creating and executing meticulous event plans that integrate strategic business objectives and consistent brand messaging. They will manage comprehensive timelines, budgets, and risk management processes to ensure successful event delivery on schedule and within financial parameters. Additionally, this leader will oversee on-site logistics, technological requirements, travel coordination, and security measures to guarantee seamless event execution. Collaboration with creative and multimedia teams will be essential to produce compelling branding, staging, and experiential elements that elevate attendee engagement. The Senior Manager is also responsible for post-event analysis and reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvements and standardize operational playbooks for scalability across global programs. Occasional travel is required to manage and support events worldwide.

Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in event management communications business administration hospitality or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in corporate event management or related fields
- proven experience managing executive-facing and high-visibility corporate events
- strong project management skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- assist with end-to-end planning and execution of in-person and virtual corporate events including executive meetings leadership summits town halls industry conferences analyst engagements grand openings and other strategic corporate initiatives
- partner with strategic communications and executive leadership to align event strategy with business objectives messaging priorities and brand positioning
- assist in the development of comprehensive event plans including timelines budgets task assignments risk management frameworks and execution roadmaps
- manage global event calendars and coordinate cross-functional alignment across internal stakeholders including communications creative marketing sales hr operations and leadership teams
- source and negotiate contracts with venues vendors production partners and external service providers
- manage vendor relationships to ensure quality cost control and on-time delivery
- oversee event logistics including travel coordination venue management production elements technology requirements security considerations and accessibility standards
- direct on-site event management ensuring seamless execution executive support and issue resolution in high-visibility environments
