Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume event sales in a 4-5 star hotel catering or nightclub/restaurant environment
  • minimum 3 years managerial experience in high-volume event operations in a 4-5 star hotel catering or nightclub/restaurant environment
  • strong leadership skills
  • positive and solution-oriented attitude
  • ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • ability to perform under high stress and fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and quality of work
  • ability to deliver gracious hospitality and excellent customer service

  • proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • 21 plus years of age

Job Duties

  • Develop creative solutions for client event requests from concept to completion
  • receive assignment of signed event contracts and serve as lead client contact
  • generate and communicate Special Event Orders and internal memos
  • manage event design, logistics, vendor scheduling, decor support, and approvals
  • supervise venue management and event staff to ensure flawless execution
  • attend site visits and meetings to support event experience
  • prepare, execute, and close events including financial paperwork and payment collections
