Job Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume Event Sales in a 4-5 Star Hotel Catering or Nightclub/Restaurant environment
  • Minimum 3 years managerial experience in high-volume Event Operations in a 4-5 Star Hotel Catering or Nightclub/Restaurant environment
  • Positive and solution oriented
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform in high stress, fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality of work
  • Ability to deliver gracious hospitality and excellent customer service
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to build relationships and work in a team environment
  • Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • 21 plus years of age

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Develop creative solutions for client event requests from concept to completion
  • Receive assignment of signed Event Contract and communicate as lead contact
  • Generate Special Event Orders with client information
  • Communicate event details to all departments professionally and timely
  • Distribute event information to Venue Operations at least 10 days prior
  • Manage event tasks including design, timelines, logistics, vendor scheduling, and approvals
  • Supervise Venue Management and Event Staff to ensure flawless event execution
